WHich fender Strat should I get?

OK I am new to guitars been playing for about 8 months on and off I play mostly alternative like alanis,oasis staind nirvana sort of thing I want a start ones I got in mid was MIM strat at first then tried high way one loved it then for 100 more I can get special or go full american standard keep in mind I am not that good of a player but I love playing I am girl small hands its light so I love them is it worth to spend extra for higer end model for someone who is not an expert?? I need help
