A plot hole in Inception?

alright, due to the free fall in the first dream (when theyre fallin off the bridge) there is no gravity in the second dream (the hotel), i get that. so how come all the normal physics are in tact in the third dream (the snowy mountain fortress)? shouldnt there be no gravity in that dream as well since everyone is just floating around in the hotel room?
