I have a 2007 dodge magnum. i had to replace the tie rods,rotors,brakepads. isnt that a bit soon?

my car only has 53,000 miles, and i drive with care. however the front end wheels felt like they were wobbling and my steering wheel vibrated at 65 mph, so i took it in and that is what i got. 2 new tie rods, 4 new rotors and brake pads, a rotate and balance and alignment $480 OUCH!!! does this seem like it should have been bad at such low mileage?
