How many cattle do you need to have on 30 acres in order to claim your land as ag use?

I own 30 acres in stockdale, texas. I have an ag use exemption, which means that my taxes are very low. My question is how many cows do i need to have on 30 acres to keep it registered under ag use? Instead of cows, can i have sheep and or pigs and how many? Please help
