How do I impress my supervisor at my Volunteer Job.?

I am 14 and a volunteer at a Nursing home and I help with the activitys there(bingo, games, music activitys). There is another volunteer who is a girl and a couple years older than me, and there is one more girl who is a daughter of one of the nurses and she is 12. We all have a supervisor, a office person who does the paperwork, and a istant who helps our supervisor. All three of them like me but I want to stand out and be there "favorite" volunteer. So what can I do to stand out, all three of them are girls by the way.
