PLZ HELP ME HOW DO I STOP THINKIN BOUT HIM?

ok plz help me see i have a HUGE crush on my neibor and hes married and has a kid but i kiinda think he likes me cuz he said he'd do things with mme and no one found out. and he only txts me but my fone got taken up. and today outside he didnt tlk to me he kinda neva does in person hes kinda shallow i guess? and u know when he drives past me he honks and it makes me feeel that he likes me. and i really like him and i cant get him out of my head. i cant sleep!! im always thinkin bout him i cnt eat sleep or think rite i really need help. hes 26 and maired to a 17 yr old with a 2 yr old kid and im 16 plz ppl dont say c a doctor or find sumone younger i really need help.if u have gone threw the same and survived plz help or if u know how plz help im desparate.. and i cnt tell him how i feel cuz u know hes my neibor. :( i cry cuz i cnt stop thinkin bout em . im desprate for help!
