Politically Speaking: As black Conservative why do I still feel un-welcome in the South?

The answer is that there are fewer conservatives in the blue states, they're still there but there's fewer of them. This forces the conservatives in the blue states to be more subtle with their racism, in the south, racism is a matter of pride.
