Can I debadge my car (Take all of the logos and letting off) and replace it with different manufacturer?

Ok I have a pretty nice car and like to modify it more and more to turn heads. So I was wondering the legality of taking off the current emblem and lettering and replaceing with a custom fit hmmm might you say maybe bugatti emblems to confuse the unknowing haha. Thank you all.
