Amp will not power on!!!!?

Earlier this week I purchased a new amp, but subsequently I blew my subs. The new amp went out when the subs blew out too i think. So the day after I got some new subs and hooked my old amp back up the green light flickered out after i discovered that my subs were not playing. After awhile the light turned red then went off completely. While trying to figure out the problem I blew a fuse under the hood that caused my head unit and in dash lights not to work.Got that fixed. I figured that my old amp was fried and bought another one a few minutes ago. I got home disconnected the black wire from the car battery then hooked the new amp up and still no power to amp. I have no idea what's wrong and best buy is booked up until the 8th. I need my b and im tired of spending all this money on subs and amps please help. Also im sure the rem wire is hooked up right because my amp and subs were working just fine on wednsday.
